Dreams - Gateshead

The assistant, Denise, was highly competent and guided us expertly and very patiently through the huge choice of beds. She explained everything clearly, spending a great deal of time with us. We did not feel pressured at any time and she was really friendly. She gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss things together, before making our decision. We would not have been able to choose a suitable bed, without her help and advice.

Denise the Assistant was very experienced and thorough when telling us about all the products we wanted. It was obvious we were going to get the correct bed and mattress for our needs

The assistant that attended to us was first class. his enthusiasm was contagious. He had even visited the factory where our bed and base are being built. Alas cannot remember his name as our paperwork has gone adrift in the chaos that is our home right now! You certainly chose well when employing him

Liam the sales person was great. We were shopping with our 2 year old little girl so it was a bit of a challenge as we were having to take turns to try the beds while the other chased Eloise around the store but Liam was very patient with us and helped out the best he could to make things a little easier. The other staff members also helped entertain Eloise and answer questions we had while chasing her around.

Great service by Denise who was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Other staff members even helped entertain our young children and we were offered refreshments during our visit. Price of the mattress was very competitive as I googled online prices for the goods we bought

From entering the store we were met by a very polite and knowledgable salesman who catered for all our requirements

This was our first experience in dreams whilst shopping for our first bed. When we initially walked in we had no idea where to start but Denise introduced herself introduced herself and walked us through every step of the process, taking into account our needs and budget. We left feeling confident that we have chosen the right bed for us and one that will last us. The information she gave us was clear and just right. Denise and her 2 in store colleagues were brilliant and we had excellent customer service throughout.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by the sales assistant (Anthony) We found the bed we were looking for very quickly. Once we had chosen the bed, Anthony finalised our order very quickly. All staff were extremely friendly, offered refreshments etc. We were very happy with the store and the service.
