Professional, friendly service. Did not feel rushed and Gregg who served me understood my requirements, was very knowledgeable of the products and helpful.

I was served by Dave the store manager and he was very knowledgable, attentive and effective. He quickly placed our order to ensure the best delivery time frame was available to us and ensured we were offered all of the additional services including an extended warranty and recycling service. Fantastic friendly service make all the difference.

Janette who served us was attentive, knowledgeable and provided just the right balance of information and care with giving us time to discuss our purchase without too much pressure. She was absolutely fantastic.

We were welcomed by Denise when we arrived at the store, she introduced herself with a big welcome smile. We received assistance throughout the shopping experience, nothing was a trouble for her. She was very approachable and there was no pressure to buy. Amazing customer service, will come back to buy again. Thank you!

My first impression on entering the store in team valley was the store was clean and well laid out and the information on each item was clear and easy to understand. My wife and myself browsed the store and staff were on hand to assist should we need advice.We were offered refreshments by Janette which was a nice touch. We found a mattress we were interested in and Janette gave us all the information needed to allow us to make a decision. I would recommend Dreams as the attention from staff,and store was first class.

The knowledge the assistant (Tony) had & the understanding was excellent and also very friendly. There was no pressure on us to make a purchase at all and we walked out to ponder the differences but returned within 15 minutes to make the purchase.

Because I had no pressure at any time from the salesman to buy the product Also there was a good selection of beds and mattresses Dreams ticked all the boxes
