When buying a mattress you kind of go into a store blind, you kind of know what you want but it's not always easy to find what you want. Sue was very friendly and knowledgeable with regards to the mattresses we were looking at, she got us to use the sleep match to find the best options for us. Patience is the essence as this isn't something that can be rushed to find your own personal solution and she understood and respected that.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about all the items I was interested in and was happy to let me take my time deciding what to buy.

The lady who helped me with my choice was very kind, caring, very helpful, the next day I came in to make my order.the guy who took was very helpful,understand ING and made so easy for me .thank you very much to both of you.

We got exactly what we were looking for with help from both Jonathan and also Dani on our return trip when we came in to order. All in all it was a great experience which ended up I us making a purchase.

Andria was absolutely lovely and really helpful. We were a bit shocked at the price but the comfort of the mattress makes it worthwhile. Can’t wait for it to arrive next week

Amazing service, Dani went to a lot of trouble to make sure I got the correct mattress. She listened to everything I said. She did not promote expensive ones but encouraged me to try all ranges. Really range of mattresses and beds with everything explained well.
