Highly approachable staff who took the time to listen to our needs and what we were looking for. Took us through all of the options available in store and took our preferences into account when helping us to try out the different mattresses. Helpful staff, available when needed but not overshadowing and happy to leave us also to make our decisions.

We were given a lot of help with choosing a bed. We were made to feel comfortable and were given drinks while we looked around. The staff were really good with our kids too.

The staff member Denise was very helpful with the sale, and seemed to know which mattress and bed was best for us before we did, it was completely effortless and we walked away happy.
