when walking into the shop tony greated us with a pleasant smile and hello. After his acknowledgement he then let us have a browse around first without any pressure of sales patter. A short while after he noticed us going back and forth to a couple of items, and then started helping us in our decision on making our right choice for our bed his knowledge and friendliness were second to none.

Friendly, speedy service, was in the shop no longer than 20 minutes from start to finish. Staff member was lovely, explained everything plainly and was very helpful with regards to information about extras etc.

Antony (Tony) went above and beyond for us instead of it being hard work it was fun. I was offered a cup of tea to ease the ordering and felt like we were all friends catching up!

The sales assistant was very informative, he asked what I was looking for and in what price range. He then encouraged me to try numerous beds and mattresses. He offered support and could answer all my questions. The staff offered myself and my mother tea or coffee and were all very pleasant and friendly to talk to. The guy helping me was called Gregg.

Janette was very helpful in explaining all my options and ensuring I could order exactly what I needed. I had just visited Bensons and Furniture Village and although I was greeted no one took the time to ask what I was looking for however, Janette not only greeted me but asked if she could help.

Having been to other stores we were really impressed with the service we received from Lauren. She listened carefully to us, had a brilliant product knowledge, gave us all the assistance we needed and did not put us under any pressure. Lauren left us feeling confident with purchasing from Dreams and is a credit to the store. The range of products, both mattresses and frames was better than we were able to find elsewhere and we were impressed with the pricing and payment options.

People sell products and Lauren sold your bed, we did not feel rushed or pressured. Her Knowledge and understanding made the decision easy, we would easily return to your store without hesitation for any future purchase.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Found exactly what we needed with Jeanette. Easy set out of the shop, enough space to wheel a pushchair about.

Assistant was very friendly and patient, He also involved our children in the purchasing process which means alot to us all. No hard sell
