i dealt with jeanette at your team valley store, very helpful not pushy as some sales people can be,had good knowledge of the products,friendly & took her time with me at no time did i feel under pressure to buy.very good service.

often when considering buying a large purchase i feel intimidated amd bamboozled by the staff . But not today I had great service, it was friendly professional and by no means did I feel rushed, confused or intimidated . I learnt about the benefits of all the mattresses and was given time to make my own decision. I left the shop feeling positive about my purchase. Thankyou

Bought 2 beds and mattresses and we tried about 10 different mattresses, we were given all the time we needed and were encouraged to try mattresses more than once, made to feel that we had as much time as we needed and were not rushed or pushed into making a decision. Offered refreshments as we placed the order. Colleague (Janette) was helpful and friendly throughout with a great knowledge of your products and was able to steer us in the right direction once she understood what we were looking for. Plenty of colleagues available which was good as they were not put under pressure with other customers having to wait

The sales assistant Gregg was very helpful and knowledgable. He was very good to deal with.

each matttress product were explained clearly, the tempur pod bed demo was very good. the staff very friendly and the price was the best the we could find, even online. and we were offered a very good mattress & pillow deal
