Everyone in the Team Valley Gateshead were friendly and professional. My order was dealt with by Tony, who was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He made the whole experience easy and stress free. Please pass my thanks onto Tony and his colleagues.

the Dreams colleague Gregg was friendly, give good advice on the pillow and bed covers. Also oftered a cup of tea, made by the store manager. And Gregg helped with the bedding, pillow etc to my car.

Well as soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lauren. We went in for a toddler bed and she listened and showed us exactly what we wanted right away. My toddler loved her and she helped us with linen, pillows and everything we needed....we also go some great specials. Thank you. I also love the way the store is layed out....makes it so easy.

Genuinely very impressed with the store as a whole but particularly the knowledge of our assistant, Tony. We'd gone in looking for a similar mattress to our discontinued one and he pointed out it's replacement immediately and suggested other similar alternatives.

Went in with a budget and time scale and all our needs were met.

I found both salesman that assisted me to be very friendly & helpful. Not too pushy to sell which like.

Liam, our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable without being in any way intrusive or pushy, the products were well displayed, the store was clean and overall it felt like we were buying a quality product from a quality, specialist retailer. When I said I would call back with my husband, Liam provided some information for me and I was happy to return to make the purchase.
