Layout of store meant items were easy to find and see. Liam our advisor was friendly and approachable as well as being able to tell us about the bed we were interested in.

The lay out of the items and the staff were friendly. You were not put under preasure to buy, everything was explained to you

Prices of products were great, products were explain and quality was also demonstrated by the staff, they recommended products that I think met my needs, also the guarantees that dreams offer were explain so gave me piece of mind when purchasing my bed

We were greeted with a warm welcome by a knowledgeable female member of staff. Another staff member, Tony, then helped us to choose our mattress and eventually we placed our order with him. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and really lovely to deal with.
