Dreams - Gateshead

I was really happy to get so much support in buying a new mattress. I wasn't sure what I wanted or needed but Janette was very knowledgeable and spent time with me to ensure that I was comfortable making an informed decision.

We were given plenty of choice, and found what we were looking for.

Our sales assistant Janette was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She explained our choices in detail without applying any pressure upon us to buy a specific model. Janette is a real asset to both your company and the Team Valley Gateshead store.

Staff were very helpfull without being too pushy . Offered relevant advice and were keen To make a deal via price matching .

This is our second purchase from Dreams. We bought a bed for ourselves earlier this year online and returned to the Team Valley store to this time purchase a bed for our daughter. We had been in the store when we were browsing for our bed so knew the staff were helpful etc. When looking for the bed for our daughter (3 year old), Tony assisted us. He was clued up on which mattress was best for her and there was plenty of variety of beds for her to try out in the store. We would definitely visit the store again in the future and would recommend to anyone. Our 3 year old is really excited for her bed arriving tomorrow!

Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions without being too pushy and advised me, but let me decide which product I wanted without any high pressure sales. Excellent staff all together.

The salesman who dealt with me was extremely helpful, did not try to push me into buying immediately and made my shopping experience with Dreams a very pleasant one.

Your member of staff was welcoming, highly knowledgeable. He listened to what we were saying and left us to consider different mattresses highlighting the key differences but without being pushy. He was called Gregg and he was excellent.
