Tony was very understanding and listened to my needs before showing me appropriate products

Listened to what we wanted not pushed into buying and left alone to decide, lots of knowledge and good advice given as had our old bed for 18 years and didn't really want to part with it incase new one wasn't as comfortable.

Staff knowledge of the product I was purchasing, and able to provide detailed information on similar products across all the makes of mattres stocked. A very pleasant young man who went to a great deal of trouble to ensure i had made the correct choice, and the selected product fitted all my needs.

Staff were very helpful but not overwhelming like some staff in other stores. They were knowledgable and offered good advice. Willing to show us alternative products also. Very happy with service.

We entered the store not knowing which type of mattress we wanted, Janette at the Team Valley store was quick to realise we were overwhelmed with choice so she came over and introduced herself and explained the layout of the store and the different banner colours to breakdown our choice. She spent time going through the different types and their good and bad points, eventually narrowing our choice. Throughout the experience she was friendly, helpful and handed our purchase excellently.

Used the Team Valley store in Gateshead. I was welcomed by Gregg and asked if I would require any assistance with the products. I had already compiled a list of three mattresses which I wanted to try. Gregg enquired if I had any problems with sleeping and the current mattress I was using. I informed Gregg that I had bad lower back problems off a fall many years previous and I had a Sealy Mirrorform mattress. Gregg advised me to try some different mattress comfort levels, so he could ascertain which mattress would be more suitable for my needs. I tried six different mattresses from different comfort grades, before starting to eliminate the ones I found unsuitable, or uncomfortable. I eventually brought the choice down to two mattresses, Therapur Rapport and a Insignia Richmond. I tried both mattresses another three times each, before settling on the Insignia Richmond. I would like to say that in this day & age, it is a pleasure to come across an employee who give so much of his time, professionally, courteously with so much product knowledge to help me with my purchase. Gregg fully explained the 40 night guarantee for exchanging the mattress if I found it was not suitable.

Great customer service. Tony was absolutely charming friendly and helpful. The product where priced at a good cost. I have every intention of letting friends and family know.
