Staff very friendly.pleasant.looked as if they liked working in the shop..interested in what I was say in.took a lot of interest in my comfort finding the right bed.Staff were a great asset to the store.

Excellent knowledge, very professional, & very helpful!

The assistant took us directly to the product we wanted and told us all about it and expand all the options and extras available to us. We were able to make one say decision to go ahead with the purchase and she took us through those clearly and the manager also kindly thanked us for the purchase

The sales assistant was lovely - I never felt pressured into buying anything and gave me ample time to look around. Even had a cup of coffee, which was lovely as I had just finished work. Overall staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service by a lady called denise

Although we needed to approach a member of staff for assistance whilst they huddled together chatting once we had assistance it was brilliant. Denise was a delight, a wealth of mattress knowledge! Brilliant sales person and really listened to what we wanted out of our trip. We returned the next day to order and a lovely guy (can't remember his name but he had pretty good hair - I appreciate good hair considering my fella is bald) put the order through for us. All in all really good customer service!
