Good advice given and no sales pressure exerted. Followed guidelines and bought the most appropriate.

Debbie who served us at the Team Valley branch was extremely attentive and took the time to understand our needs and requirements. The price was spot on, quick delivery and a lovely, friendly and helpful assistant!

As soon as I walked in Denise came over to welcome me. She explained the layout of the shop and said she would let me look around but if I needed anything just to ask. She then offered me refreshments. She very clearly explained the difference between the different mattresses I was looking at. I thought her knowledge was excellent.

We got made to feel welcome straight away from your very friendly staff. We were free to roam around and didnt get pounched on like you do in alot of shops. There is a wide range of choice all clearly labeled. Denise who served us is a credit to your company she was amazing, she asked a few questions and knew excatly what we wanted and only showed us what fitted our critria. She was fantastic with our 2 children also making them happy and relaxed while we purchased our beautiful bed. She explained everything she was doing and explained everything we needed to know clearly and in away we understood. Thank you very much 😆

We had been thinking of purchasing a new mattress for sometime,after seeing your advert on tv we thought we would have a look around your TeamValley store.As soon as we entered we were welcomed by your friendly staff.we were aloud time to look around the assistant informed us if we needed any help she was there,We like to browse at our own pace.we had been considering a tempur mattress but had no idea whatsoever which one would be best for us.Thats when we asked Denise for help she talked us through the options she was brilliant.Our new mattress arrived today we love can't wait to go to bed tonight best customer service we have ever had Dreams yes please .

We were shown everything we needed to see by a young man named Gregg at Retail World in Gateshead. He was very helpful and made me and my husband a cup of tea while we were trying out your mattresses, as my husband is disabled he was very patient with us. He even showed us to your toilet facilities. We bought a Tempur mattress and Earlswood bed, along with mattress protector and Tempur pillows which are to be delivered when we move to our new address.
