Dreams - Gateshead

The store assistant was very helpful and totally anticipated my needs with an appropriate level of interaction. He was ready with an initial overview directing me to the appropriate part of the store, gave a product overview then left us to browse. When I had made my decision he confirmed the product details to ensure it met my needs. Appropriate additional extras were offered but not pushed when I declined.

We were greeted at the front door of the Gateshead Team Valley store by Andria. She was with us for our whole visit from start to finish. First she took us to the analysis machine to show us what type of mattress we needed. Andria was very friendly but knowledgeable and professional at the same time. She took us to various different mattresses to try to show us the differences and what type would suit us, all the time explaining in detail and answering any questions we had. She was very patient with us as went back to the same ones a couple of times. We tried several pillows too and got lots of good advice on the best position for necks and backs. We only came in for an idea and maybe to get a mattress but after trying several out we upgraded our mattress and bought a much bigger super king bed frame to go with it, and some tempur pillows too. I spent a lot than planned but I think it will be worth while. Andria then took us for a coffee and did all of the paperwork which was quick and easy. All done and awaiting delivery. Superb service from Andria all round.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They understood our needs for a bed of a specific length and could offer a number of storage options. I was really pleased that the bed I liked came in dark grey.
