Personal attention to my own needs and time given with no pressure from the assistant for me to buy a product.

Experience was easy. Staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Staff who weren't directly involved in the order were pleasant and courteous. All details were clearly explained. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed into making any decisions. Staff even gave opinions and help when choosing colours of flooring brought into store from another supplier.
