Gregg and Dave were suuuuuper friendly! Answered all of my queries, were great with my little boy, they were just fantastic. Was a pleasure shopping with them 👌😁

Went to retail world store, Denise made us very welcome. Was very knowledgable and made the dreaded shopping trip easy and enjoyable

denise was so friendly and did not try and sell anything so we felt under no pressure at all.

Gregg was excellent in understanding what we were looking and made good suggestions to allow us to make a decision.

We were very impressed with the shop assistant who dealt with our order ...we went in and we give her a list in what we wanted in a bed and mattress and she pointed us in the right direction ...she also talked though what differences there is between mattresses. She was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store , very polite and helpful I was pleased to do business with her .

We were served by Dave and Lauren who were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and extremely easy to deal with

I was very pleased with the ease of purchasing the bed I needed for my spare room. The assistant was friendly and helpful and understood ny needs very quickly. After just a few questions she wa sable to direct me to a some really good deals from which I made my selection. The delivery time was excellent. First time I have ever shopped at Dreams but would have no hestitation in doing so again.

Denise was very friendly,informative and polite. We even had a cup of tea, which was very welcoming as it was a very cold and wet day.
