Gregg was very helpful and took in to account all our needs and managed to help keep it within the budget.

Friendly service with a relaxed atmosphere, not sold a sales pitch and allowed to look around without being hassled. Good detail of products and everything explained clearly and concise.

THE WARM ND FRIENDLY GREETING THAT MY WIFE AND I RECEIVED FROM COLLEAGUE GREGG. WE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED ( I SEARCHED YOUR WEBSITE FOR A CHOICE OF BED) AND WHEN GREETED BY GREGG, HE DEMONSTRATED THE BED THAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. WE ASKED GREEG IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE THE DIVAN WITHOUT THE MATTRESS, AND TO OUR DELIGHT HE TOLD US THAT WE COULD. GREGG APPEARED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH REGARDS TO THE STYLES, COLOURS, SIZES ETC OF THE BEDS AND MATTRESSES. WE ALSO ENQUIRED ABOUT A PARTICULAR HEADBOARD, WHICH WAS NOT IN STORE, ALTHOUGH I DID SELECT IT FROM THE WEBSITE. AFTER A LENGTHY QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD, GREGG DID THE "PAPERWORK" AND OFF WE WENT WITH OUR TAILS IN THE AIR. OVERALL, OUR IN STORE EXPERIENCE WAS A DELIGHT, FOR WHICH GREGG MUST TAKE ALL THE CREDIT.

Assistant very helpful friendly and gave us a lot of expertise also was asked if we would like a coffee the service was quick and delivery is within two weeks.

I was highly satisfied because the staff especially Denise at your team valley, Gateshead store was excellent. She understood our needs ie disability and back problems for a mattress and also our budget and she helped us achieve that so we could have comfort!!! I would also like to say about her mannerism and attitude was brilliant, I didn't feel pressured or hassled like you sometimes do when going into a shop. Highly recommend the store and company to family and friends. Thank you 😀

Jeanette very helpful and assisted us in selecting the right bed and mattress for our concerns. She had full knowledge of the products we enquired about. Also advising us of other alternative products as well. Offered complimentary refreshments to aid the sale!!

Was not sure what we wanted until we had spoken to your assistant in store and helped us find what we wanted the store is very friendly and knowledge of your staff was brilliant all the questions we asked were answered and to our satisfaction we did leave the store to look somewhere else but returned within 10 minutes didn't get the same information or knowledge we had recieved from your store the staff there need to be praised I watched other member of staff dealing with other customers and were as pleasant as the lady dealing with us a fantastic store and staff for dreams to be proud of Thankyou again
