Janette your sales assistant from your team valley store could not have been more helpful taking the time to fund out exactly what our sleeping problems were and then explaining to us which beds she thought may help us, after discussing all our options she then showed us the full range of beds which my self and my husband then made our choice , we left your shop with no questions in mind as Janette had answered everything we needed to know. Our bed was due to be delivered on the 4/01/17 but was actually delivered on the 05/01/17 first nights sleep in it last night and so far so good ,

Denise was more than helpful answering all our questions to the full. Denise also told us the details about each bed she showed us. She was very friendly and professional as I am disabled. Taking her time so I understood everything she told me about each bed. Until I had made up my mind.

The staff were extremely friendly but more importantly were very professional and efficient. The experience of purchasing a new bed, mattress and headboard was everything I expected from an outfit with Dreams reputation.

Greg the salesman was lovely and Friendly, he encouraged us to try out different products before making our final choice. He offered us refreshments while he sorted out our order and delivery date. His colleagues enjoyed banter too .

Everyone at the store was very friendly. I had my mother with me who is 88 and they made her a cup of tea and made her comfortable while my husband and I looked at beds.

Gregg who served us was very professional, helpful and friendly. He listened to our specific medical needs and showed us various mattresses that would hopefully meet them. Also explained fully about returning the mattress after 40 nights if not suitable

Denise the adviser, was absolutely spot on. Very helpful, explained everything and even though we hadn't gone in set on buying a bed, her advise and knowledge swayed our decision.

No queuing and was offered assistance almost immediately I walked in store, not in a pushy way but just offer of help. Was prepared to move mattress I required onto the base I required so that I could gain the experience I required.
