I was warmly welcomed upon opening by Gregg who informed us of his name and brought us into the showroom which was nice a warm! He was very helpful, smiley chap whom we felt at ease with straight away! He had excellent customer service skills, very knowledgable in his products! We did feel rushed, very bespoke customer care qualities, and even offered us a refreshment, which is a lovely gesture! Gregg went that extra mile informing us of all options, price differences, and on placing our order went through all the before delivery details , really made us feel at home! Not only did we purchase of bed and mattress we then went on to buy tempur cushions and our bed linen as we felt we wanted to support the business with another sale due to the comfortable professional friendly service we had received! Gregg clearly went through the payment options and the bed and mattress cover options with a great sense of professionalism and again knowledge! I have visited other bedding firms but feel totally satisfied and would highly recommend this firm! The showroom was well stocked, very neatly orgainsed without being cluttered and our whole experience was a joy!

Assistance was professional, courteous and friendly. Two people actually worked together to service our needs which speeded up the process.

The staff knowledge &friendliness was outstanding. They spent loads of time making sure we bought the right mattress for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. We were offered refreshments and were never rushed.We made 3 visits to the store and 1 with our grandaughter and the staff were really nice to her. Overall a very satifactory shopping experience. The quality of product offered was of very high quality.
