After such a warm welcome, alot of knowledge shared and plenty of help, guidance and kindness from I believe a member of staff named Debbie at the Team Valley store I could not be more satisfied. Such a lovely lady who went above and beyond to help us choose the right mattress and without rushing us in any way. This lately deserves some credit for such outstanding customer service

We had not intended making a purchase and we're just looking. However we recieved friendly and competent advice with no pressure. This as well as the price and 40night sleep promise convinced us to buy. Overalll a very satisfactory experience.

Excellent service Liam the sales assistant was very helpful had good knowledge put us under no pressure at all to buy a bed what can I say he's an asset to the store the only little thing is the amount of time I have to wait for my bed my old one is now killing my back and I have to wait nearly a month for delivery
