Janette, at the team valley store was excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. I must say one of the main reasons I bought from dreams was the service Janette gave me and my wife. She also managed to entertain our 3 year old daughter whilst we tried out the mattresses. I must say excellent service and she is a credit to your company.

Sales team were available but not intrusive. Knowledgable and helpful she actually made us feel so welcome and able to spend the time needed to select the right product. No pushy saws tactics just genuine help and information.

The assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Which made it easier for us to make a decision on our final purchase.

We ordered a bed, agreed to have our old bed taken away and a few days later we added to our order by telephone which altered the first arranged delivery date which we agreed to and it was all delivered to day, very impressed no mistakes in the delivery and taking away our old bed and mattress, quick setting up of new bed.

Approached the lady to ask about the mattress or special over the Xmas period, I was shown the 3 best options and within 10 minutes I had bought the mattress as it was sold to me that good. Very happy with the service.

Danielle the sales woman was excellent. Very knowledgeable about mattress preferences and made us try various advising on products each time. No rush, very smooth and informed guidance from her. Excellent service.
