Very friendly and efficient staff

All of my he staff were friendly but proffesional. The layout of the shop was easy to understand, clearly marked with plenty of choice.

The lady who served us was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.We were attended to quickly and the whole process was efficient and clear, including the opportunity to try out several products.

Assistants very friendly and polite we had a cup of tea while discussing what bed and mattress we needed . All the staff couldn't do enough for us and very knowledgable about the products they were selling. Very happy with the service we got from dreams

Good balance of help from the lady that served us. She made sure we were happy with information given and gave us space to make our decision based on what she told us without being intrusive.

The assistant manager who served us was very friendly and helpful. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and didn't push us into buying the most expensive.

Gregg took time to understand what we wanted and showed us a wide range of products to suit. He was never pushy or overbearing and the whole experience was great.
