Dreams - Gateshead

my original visit was just to see what mattresses were available, on which my partner bought the chantilly mattress. I went back on the 2nd visit and bought the lambert. I had previously been to bensons for beds but I wasn't happy with the delivery charge. I visited dreams and spoke to Gregg who was extremely helpful, explaining the differences between the products and offering me a cuppa and a luxury pillow to lie on to test each mattress. The delivery schedule was a week away so i was happy to go ahead with the order

The choice of different types and makes of beds/mattresses was very impressive, and all staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful, but not intrusive.

The member of staff , Danielle, remembered I had called into the store the previous day and that I would be coming back this time with my wife. The standard of service we received was exceptional, we would definitely recommend both her and your store to any of our family and friends in the future.

We were left to look around and not be hassled

All staff at the store were very helpful and polite, they could not do enough for us during our time of selecting the items we required.

Welcoming, cheerful and happy to oblige people at good ambience in a bedful of shopping warehouse, made to invite a lay-doen. the Staff and Gregg more or less blanketted us with kindness, and we'd be happy to tell people to see Dreams for their wishes. Next stage of your job is delivery......twenty seven flights of narrow stairs, a rabid guard-dog and the darkened garret, go for it chaps, earn praise.

Great customer service and knowledge of different products available. Time taken with us to determine exactly what we liked both with mattress and bed frame. Thoroughly enjoyable experience in the shop.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant who took the time to find out our likes and needs in a bed, making it an easy process to work out exactly what we liked. Whilst the total price was higher than what we had initially planned/thought about paying, seeing and feeling the quality of the products convinced us they were the right ones for us and worth the price.

The member of staff who dealt with our order (Lauren) was brilliant, she gave us plenty of time to look at the products available without feeling pressured or rushed, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer and which would best suit our needs, she was also very friendly and made not just placing our order and arranging delivery but our whole overall visit just so stress free and easy. We are happy with our choice of product, our finance plan and how quickly it will be delivered. The option to have the old mattress taken away for a small fee makes the process even easier because we don't even have to worry about that now.

I was served by a very knowledgeable lady called Jeanette; she was polite, friendly and very helpful. She understood my needs and was very competent when completing my order. The offer of a cup of coffee was most welcome. The store had a wide variety of mattresses to try and beds to view although my daughter had already seen what she had wanted online.
