Impressed with the service given by Liam he asked what I was looking for and showed me through all the options his knowledge and expertise was great also the other members off staff were helpfull too as we called in with carpets and wallpaper to see if they would match with our new bed friendly staff good service

The sales assistant Jeanette at Dreams Gateshead, was extremely knowledgeable about the different products. Myself and my husband, werent sure on which mattress would best suit our needs, so she took us through each product and found a one suitable for us within our price range. She was extremely friendly and i found the experience very nice.

Very good sales person ,very knowledgeable about the products on sale. Helped greatly to pick the correct product to suit our needs. Quick pleasant and to the point. Sold his products and didn't try to rubbish other product on the market.

The staff member who took care of us was fantastic from the minute we walked in she helped us find the perfect mattress in the budget we had.

This was me second visit and this time i bought a fab mattress. Gregg was very helpful explaining the difference in the mattress available. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy and made things really easy.

A lot of initial help and advice was given which meant that we returned the following day to complete the purchase, and the price was matched to what we would have paid online.
