Service and products were well presented and staff were friendly and very informative about the product and service available

The sales advisor was patient and knowledgeable. He offered refreshments and answered every question.

I was highly satisfied as I found the staff very helpful and really cheerful and very pleasant

There was a good selection of mattresses to try, and the salesman had a good knowledge of the products and their features. He was also very helpful in guiding us about various mattresses to try, and that some had different tensions on each side- my wife and I prefer different firmnesses.

The sales assistants were more than helpful, gave us space and time, and were there when we needed help. They were patient as we tried every mattress and encouraged us to take as long as we needed. If all shop assistants were this friendly helpful and professional shopping would never be a chore. They made a mundane browse in the shop into a pleasant experience. Very impressed indeed

Dave the dreams colleague couldn't have helped us any better than he did. Highly recommend for the friendlines, knowledge of the colleague which helped us a lot, was a relaxing experience, and generally a good overall experience. Very pleased with our purchase and help in doing so. Thank you and will highly recommend considering it was our 1st visit 😊

The members of staff were very helpful and cheerful and couldn't do enough for us.

When entering the store I was greeted by Gregg and Dave who were both courteous and knowledgeable in the type of mattress I was a after. They asked the price range that I had in mind and then proceeded of show me what was available. Neither put any pressure into looking at more expensive products and I found it a very refreshing experience dealing with staff who new the products that they were selling I was also given a cup of tea whilst waiting for completion of the paper work - I left the store with a smile on my face very enjoyable experience
