Staff was very knowledgeable, not pushy. We found what we wanted and liked the guarantee that if the mattress is no good within 40 days it can be swapped.

We were greeted politely, & each staff member smiled & asked if we needed help, appeared to be a happy team, which definitely transfers to the customer. the lady who helped with the order Denise was very professional, assertive, yet sensitive & tuned into our needs, her knowledge of product was beyond my expectation, & she was not afraid to ask colleague to step in & give opinion of products. We were impressed that Denise wanted the product to be right for our needs, whether it meant going for a cheaper option. All in it was a positive experience & we were also pleased that a full package of service was offered, in taking away our old bed for recycling & building up the new bed. The guarantee is also a great benefit. We were also given refreshments. This may appear to be a minor point, but in another bedding store the girl had glanced at her watch a couple of times, which makes you feel rushed, & when making such an important investment this is not great, Denise re-assured us there was no hurry & positively encouraged us to take our time. Following an excellent service we are looking forward to a better night sleep.

Super friendly staff who have a lot of time for you. They were not pushy and didn't follow us around like in a different bed store!!! Had really nice chat with staff, they offered us a cuppa and were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The only annoyance is the 6 week wait for our new bed due to its popularity! Will definitely recommend dreams in future

We found the type of sofa bed we were looking for, were able to view it "in the flesh" and the price was not extortionate as some others we looked at elsewhere. Other outlets had little choice or only the flimsiest foldaway mechanism available.
