Lauren, the dreams assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. She did not get annoyed with me trying the same mattresses multiple times and took the time to make sure I was certain of my purchase. She also helped me out with new pillows and offered me a drink.

Gregg was very helpful and offered me a cup of tea also he was very friendly and easy to talk too. He also give me excellent advise on which mattress to choose which I'm very happy with as I have a bad back.👍👍👍👍👍

Gregg was very friendly, we had a good laugh and a joke through the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Went in for a bed and came out with a bed including a free cup of coffee and a fruity tea for the wife.

Professional, efficient and extremely personable and friendly. A good salesman. Retail outlet well sited and a variety of stock but not over-whelming.

From the moment we entered the store we felt at ease, this is the first time we have shopped at Dreams and it will certainly not be our last. We were greeted straight away and told to take our time and when we needed help just to ask. We explained what we were looking for and Danielle advised which matresses would be suitable for our needs. We had a number of options given and due to her knowledge and understanding we were able to make the right choice. At no time were we pressurised or rushed. This was a total difference from when we bought our last bed at a different retailer. Danielle's custome skills were second to none. Thank You so very much.

I was served by a lady called denise, she had me and my partner on every bed in the store till we found the right one, she had excellent customer service, well done dreams would definitely recommend you to other people

The store had a great choice of beds/ mattresses available. Abigail the assistant was very knowledgeable in the mattresses and beds that would suite both myself and husband, she encouraged us to lie on the beds to help us choose which was the best choice, she was very friendly, professional and polite.

Being a young couple who have just moved into our first place together, we were expecting to be feel pressurised into buying an expensive purchase (as this is what we are used to in other places). However, there was no pressure to buy the most expensive bed/mattress. The store member who helped us (Gregg) thoroughly explained to us each type of mattress (we were quite clueless at picking a mattress ourselves!) and helped us narrow down our choices. Again, we weren't pressurised into buying the most expensive one, Gregg ensured we had the right one for our sleeping posture etc which we thought was very considerate. When purhcasing the items, Gregg went through the finance options thoroughly as we explained we're only quite new to doing "adult things like buying beds". He was very chatty throughout which made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase.

The member of staff was very friendly and helpful.
