We found the staff all very helpful and friendly some of whom remembered us from a previous visit and purchase and we were made to feel very welcome. Denise who greeted and assisted us was very knowledgeable about the Tempur mattresses and explained how the process of trying them out would proceed and the selection process that followed was handled very well and made the selection of the new mattress very easy.
