we where impressed by the friendly and helpful staff , only a couple of weeks from placing our order to receiving our new bed, the Bed was delivered on time again by friendly helpful staff and was brought upstairs and placed in the bed room for us , great service from start to finish

we bought our Tempur 22 Deluxe Original mattress, pillows and mattress protector in your Team Valley Gateshead store. We were looked after from start to finish by Denise and were blown away by her outstanding customer service. She was the difference between us spending over £1,500 in your store instead of somewhere else. Her energy and passion coupled with her product knowledge persuaded us to make our big item purchase with Dreams.

Delivery guys really good, loved the clinical white shoes they wore. Very professional. Bit pricey for the mattress though. Why you can't keep stock in Gateshead instead of delivering fromHalifax. That must push the price up.

Gregg listened to our requirements, offered suggestions and alternatives and gave us plenty of time to test out and discuss.
