The sales man was very knowledgeable and new exactly where products were in the store. Both my daughter and I were offered refreshments while placing the order there was no hard salesmanship which I liked and they allowed me to choose the products that I wanted not what they wanted to sell me I definitely will go back to dreams again.

The ladie who helped was very friendly nothing was a chore for her excellent job

From the initial greeting to the explanation of your system for identifying which mattress is best suited to the customer to the time taken to ensure we were happy with our final choice Denise epitomized what excellent customer service is all about - this is from a man who hates shopping!!

The salesman (Gregg) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the stock. He helped us find a good compromise of comfort Vs budget (something we had not come across in other stores). He was not intrusive and let us take our time to reach a decision.

Where else can you get a lie down and a cup of tea after work? The assistant Gregg didn't harass me as soon as I walked in the shop, which was nice. I was very happy with his timing of approaching me. He was very helpful and respectful of my knowledge, my needs and my budget. He even asked me what kind of pillow I preferred and handed me one to try out the bed properly. He was very patient and listened to me telling him my life story, bless him. He offered me the cover and didn't make me feel guilty when I declined it. The order was fast and my mattress will be delivered in less than a week. I've already recommended Dreams to my best friend and my Mam as I was extremely happy with the whole experience. Thank you Dreams and thank you Gregg.

We were looking for a new bed and mattress and we're unsure about exactly what we wanted. An employee called Gregg showed us the different frames and the pro's of each. We were then shown a wide range of mattresses to suit the needs we explained to Gregg. The experience was fab and we'd reccommend dreams to friends and family. Overall, a great experience.
