Janette, was so lovely big beaming smile as we walked through the door, she asked the right questions , told us about all our options, guided us through the matresses and also made us aware about how important your pillow is. She was not pushy at all she guided us in to the right choice, lovely experience and David the store Manager was lovely to

Liam was very friendly and gave good advice. He spent a lot of time allowing us to try lots of different mattresses. He was professional and helpful without being too pushy!

We had no idea what we were looking for and the asst gave us loads of options

Danielle wrote everything down on a card for me regarding the bed I liked. I then went back a couple of weeks later and ordered it. Unfortunately Danielle wasn't there but I gave the details on the card to another assistant who put the order through. Purchased from Team Valley Retail Park.

The service was tremendous

The service in the store and then by the delivery was very good, however product did not live up to expectations

Tracy the assistant was brilliant very helpful when needed but not too pushy or insistant

Sales person was knowledgeable but not overbearing, giving us time and space to test beds.

From the moment we walked in and Denise introduced herself everything went very smoothly. We already had a rough idea of the type of mattress we wanted however we need further assistance. She helped us identify what we found comfortable and then talked more about what would fit in our budget. We described what sort of bed we wanted (ottoman-fabric) and the first one she recommended was exactly what we were looking for. The two other gentleman in the shop were also very knowledgable and helpful, one of them stepped in to help explain how the number of pocket springs is based on kingsize bed and may vary in smaller/larger sizes. I had visited a few bed shops before attending dreams and dreams were definitely the most helpful, knowledgable and provided wide range of products. I would highly recommend to friends and family, I have already done so to a few friends who recently purchased houses.

The salesman, Gregg, was very friendly and informative and allowed us plenty of time to try out different beds in the store with a view to narrowing down our choice of bed until we reached a decision. Gregg's product knowledge was excellent and he often called another of his colleagues over to confirm information he had given us. Finalising the order was painless and fairly quick during which we were offered coffee.
