The staff member was very friendly and yet professional.

Abigail the Lady that attended to me and my Wife was very polite and informative, was not at all pushy, explained everything about all the products on display and understood what our requirements were and showed us the most appropiate mattress and after trying it we were very happy to purchase. The procedure for payment was calm and simple and polite, and all information was explained in plain and simple English. E-mails were dispatched to the correct address as stated and informed.

We we're delighted with the expert advice provided by Janette. She took the time to understand our needs and carefully talked us through the various options of mattress. The decision making process was made all the more simple thanks to Janette's patient suggestions. We felt highly valued as customers and the little touches offered, such as coffee and biscuits made the in store experience all the more enjoyable. We are delighted with our purchase and would recommend Dreams to any of our friends.

The sales girl we dealt with was very good understand our needs and cost and was very honest in respect of product that would suit our requirements top job done highly recommend her

I had literally no idea how to choose the best mattress for myself, so Denise was brilliant, very friendly, great product knowledge and gave me everything i needed without trying to oush me into a choice or sale

Both staff in the team valley dreams were very helpful, (Denise and Gregg) we went in to query about our bed we had recently purchased, and explained we were after some pillows and a matress protector, they both spent time showing me and my partner what was what and the best ones to choose for the matress we have.
