We were greeted when entering shop,and given time to browse products, then advised which product best suited what we needed.

Gregg was friendly, attentive and really made us feel like number one priority, credit to the company took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us to explore the options available and provided future suggestions for when our daughter gets her first bed.

Product knowledge pleasant staff and availability

I initially rang dreams (team valley Gateshead branch) and spoke to "Danielle" as I had seen a mattress online I was interested in. Within this discussion I explained it was for my 2 year old daughter, her 1st mattress. She advised the product I was interested in wasn't practical and recommended a different product to which she fully explained about. I was then offered to visit the store, to which I did, to see the mattress and try it out. (To which Danielle assisted again). I was really pleased with this mattress and found it to be good value for the money and a very good recommendation. I was seen quick and efficiently. Felt valued as a customer. Clean and tidy store. Overall positive experience.

The service we received was very good. Time was taken to explain the product. We could not have had a more friendly personnel.

Gregg who assisted us in helping find the right product for us was professional and friendly. The overall experience was enjoyable and relaxing and we were also offered drinks during placing our order. He was patient and answered our questioned with full explanation and product knowledge. After spending 16 months trying to replace my old very comfortable orthopedic bed I visited your store in gateshead. The salesman Gregg instore was professional, very helpful and very friendly. He listened to what my needs were and to the type of mattress I was looking for asking questions along the way. He then lead me over to a mattress he thought would apply to my specification it was good but not completely what I wanted. He again asked questions to why it was wrong then he lead me to another to try and also let me try it out on a spring base divan which I already had at home. I found it so comfortable I didn't want to get off it. Gregg then offered e a coffee to have a think about the mattress. I went out of the store to think about the purchase and went back an hour later and decided to make the purchase. Gregg sorted everything out for me offered me options on payment methods and delivery dates and completed the sale. Today you order was delivered by Scott and Tom they were also very professional and very friendly. I have enjoyed the experience of shopping instore with your company and would like to compliment you on your company's customer service skills. Thanks so much.

When entering the store I was approached by a friendly non pushy assistant who was very helpful and found the product I wanted and showed me the choice available. She took the time to allow me to try several beds and showed me colours and headboards available. I was offered coffee and after a short wait for a desk to become free delivery, payment and guarantee were all explained and taken care of. Overall this was a pleasant shopping experience.

The assistant was very familiar with the products that she was selling hence could answer all questions without having to keep asking for help. She was extremely courteous & nothing was a bother.
