the help and assistance we were given by janette the sales assistant was second to none a credit to the company

After recently purchasing a mattress for my son from dreams my husband decided my daughter needed a new bed and mattress after going to another store and getting no satisfaction we decided to go to dreams again where we were served by Janette who gave us excellent customer service

we were assisted by Danielle who was superb, she was patient and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. we did not feel pressured and she even got me a coffee.

Helpful sales staff, particularly around delivery options as we are moving home. Gregg was friendly and approachable ensuring we were able to buy the most suitable product

Honestly wish all sales representatives were like Denise who served me and my partner, so down to earth and honest. She was extremely helpful and made the experience easy as we had 2 kids and she catered to them also.

The shop assistant (Gregg) was very friendly from the moment we walked in the shop. He asked what we were looking for and also gave s alternative options that were actually really good. Not to mention they offered us drinks and gave my son a biscuit that he enjoyed dearly. Gregg gave us all required information and went the extra mile to stay late after his shift was finished to accommodate our purchase (Employee of the Month lol). I was very happy with the service and quality of the beds that I ended up buying 3 TV beds rather than the 2 intended. Overall 5 Stars and first class service from the staff.
