Dreams - Gateshead

I have been to all your other leading competitors looking for my bed and none were anywhere near as helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant as Janette. The store was bright, clean and well set out. You offered many more options as I needed a 4 foot bed and choice was limited and prices higher than Dreams offered. It was a very pleasant experience which surprised me and restored a little faith in customer service!

The staff and the manager at the team valley store were really helpful

I am disabled and was in the shop with my Daughter, I was in my wheelchair,we found the store wheelchair friendly,which is important, the assistant was very helpful without being over beering, so all in all the visit was very good.

WE WERE GREETED BY AN ASSISTANT BUT THEN LEFT ALONE TO BE ALLOWED TO DECIDE WHAT WE WANTED AND THEN ADVISED ON THE ITEMS WE CHOSE

The sales assistant was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the products and not pushy, let us take our time to decide.

Very satisfied with the service - a very friendly and knowledgeable assistant who pointed us towards a bed that met our needs at a reasonable price, and which we would probably have missed without her help. I also felt she listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to push us towards the most expensive items. Excellent service.

My Son and I were given a lovely warm welcome..friendly attitude and extremely helpful. We were made to feel very comfortable which for me is important. Plenty of laughter too which is also something I love and means I'd definitely return again.

Friendly atmosphere, offered beverages and shown best items in our price range.
