Very helpful in any thing we asked very efficent and friendly good advice happy with all advice given to us the store is very welcoming

The team at Dream (Team Valley) was very welcoming and friendly. We were able to have a bit of a laugh with them and walk away with what we went in for. Gregg our sales assistant met our needs perfectly and offered both tea and coffee!

Gregg at Team Valley store was brilliant! He was very friendly and fully informed us about the product as well as other products of a similar kind. He didn't push us and was willing to listen to what we were looking for (Very specific criteria). We were offered drinks throughout and he carefully explained everything to us (Asked us if we wanted the bed made on site, rubbish taken away etc), taking time to make sure our needs as a customer were met. Other staff we met were equally as nice and friendly!

The customer service and product knowledge of the sales assistant Denise was exceptional, at no time did she make us feel pressured, we enjoyed the experience ,and had a bit of a laugh but was given all the knowledge needed to make the right decision on what to mattress we purchased we will be back in the future and will definitely recommend to all our friends thanks for helping us to make the right choice :)

Denise in the Team Valley store was extremely helpful as was the manager. We'd visited the Stockton on Tees store the week before and also impressed with the customer service we received there too

We did not feel at all pressured or rushed and Denise who dealt with us had a lot of patience, knowledge understanding with 87 year old William

The sales lady showing us the various beds was very helpful and told us the different merits of each bed and we were highly satisfied

At Your Team Valley Store - Liam could not have been more helpful. I knew what I was looking for on entering the store and he showed me the options that fitted my criteria. I quickly made a decision and was led to do the paperwork. Liam pulled out my seat for me, offered me coffee and very quickly finalised the arrangement. I was particularly happy to hear that delivery is free.

Denise was very knowledgeable, and also talked me through the process should I return to by a mattress as I only bought a bed frame.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful
