The service we had from Denise at the Team Valley store was excellent and she took her time to understand our needs for my fathers new bed. Hes disabled and we had been unable to bring him, however having a back problem myself I was able to give her some insight into dads issues and this helped make a good choice for him

We were greeted with a smile and were introduced to a lovely lady called Janette. She asked us what we were looking for and we told her a mattress. She then took us around the store and my husband and I tried out all of the different options there was to see if we liked any. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in store which was very impressive actually, to have someone who really knew what they were talking about. She had lots of time for us and explained everything in detail about delivery, etc. We have never shopped at Dreams before, but one of our sons is saving to buy their first home and we will definitely be pointing them in your direction. Thank you so much for helping us today.

Danielle was a very helpful and friendly girl with a lot of patience as I had no idea of the different types of mattresses and what they did. All I specified was that the mattress must be on the firm side as I had back problems. I did not want the most expensive bed as this was a bed I was only going to use in the winter. (The back bedroom is much warmer than the front bedroom). She understood this and explained the advantages of the different mattresses to meet my needs. The whole transaction was "painless" and quite pleasant with a lovely cappuccino!

Danielle was friendly and knowledgable and offered us a brochure when we asked about measurements. Danielle was helpful with delivery times and answering our questions. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The whole experience was easy and stress free. We have been searching for a new bed for many months now and this was simple. We can't wait to have our beautiful new bed delivered on Wednesday!
