Was greeted in under a minute of arriving, explained what I needed, was offered refreshments, staff were all friendly and approachable and helped me decide on a mattress and bed that was right for me as quickly as possible and without trying to convince me to buy.

I had explained the probelms i had with my current mattress and that i have parkinsons disease. Your sales collegue was extremely understanding and mirrored exactly what an occupational therapist said i needed, which was a firm, pocket sprung matress. I knew from her understanding I wasnt just being sold any mattress. she was patient and understanding of my condtion and circumstances. I didnt feel pressured into buying an mattress but with the sleep analysis and knowledge of your sales assistant I had no hesitation. I was concerned that maybe i wouldnt like the matress when it arrived and she explained the guarentee where if i wasnt happy after a certain period they could arrange another mattress overall extrememly happy with our service in the team valley store

From the time we were greeted by your staff member we felt both at ease and confident that she had the knowledge to advise us on our requirements. We were shown various forms that fulfilled our needs. We chose the best for us and decided to replace the bed and bedding to.

We returned to Dreams after buying a new bed for our 25 year old grandson at the end of last year. The lady who helped us then to choose a bed , the bed itself and the delivery were all first class. We returned because of this and it was a different lady but just as helpful and friendly as the previous time, she helped us buy the bed that was right for us . The staff are all lovely and not pushy but there when you need them . Since our first purchase we have recommended Dreams to our family and friends. We were lucky to pick a product that was reduced so made a saving too. We are expecting when the bed is delivered next week that will be as smooth an experience as with our last delivery.
