Denise in the store was tantastic and saw to our every need. She made our Dreams experience a very personal experience and we will be back

We were approached by a very helpful but not to pushy assistant called Janette, who explained very thoroughly the difference and benefits of all the products available. We were given the opportunity to discuss the full price range of matresses available to us and how each matress would potentially suit our needs. A very good first experience of the shop and its overall services, thank you.

The member of staff we were greeted by remembered our family from a previous visit to which she even remembered the bed and mattress we had selected. We were given honest opinions on what we were choosing which really made us feel like we were a respected and well sought after customer.

Gregg - @ Team Valley was most helpful knowledgeable and is a credit to your Brand. Not only did he spend the time with us but answerd every question we had with honesty and integrity.

Gregg was very knowledgeable and assisted us greatly in choosing the right mattress for us. we did not feel pressurised into buying at all. He was also very efficient and quick at putting the order through.

Staff product knowledge second to none and excellent advice provided. The whole experience from walking through the door to completion of sale was facilitated in a professional and friendly manner and I left your store feeling I had made completely the right choice.

We originally came into the store looking for a new mattress...Lauren who dealt with us was pacient, friendly and knowledgeable. She wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchases and asked us questions on our sleeping habits etc and guided us to the best mattress for us. When we made our decision we were heading to the cash register we explained we were redecorating our bedroom, Lauren then showed us the range of bedroom furniture Dream offered, which of course we loved straight away. Lauren again was brilliant and explained all the different options etc, all the while we had our 18 month old daughter and our two nieces 9 and 7 with us who needed attention etc, Lauren was lovely and friendly with the kids, talking to them to keeping them involved. All round a lovely experience. The other members of staff around the store were all friendly saying hello to the kids etc, we will be back for sure
