Staff so helpful knew exactly what we wanted

When I visted the store there was large selection to chose from. Staff were very good giving good advice and answer all my questions. That is why I was highly satisfied. I'm looking forward in receiving my order. I am hoping the quality lives up to the standards. Kind regards Ms j smith

Danielle was professional, not a pushy saleswoman. Friendly, with a sense of humour. Knowledgeable, making a difficult decision for us, easy. The system of trying out the various bed was great. Good experience.

In and out within 20 minutes. Member of staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the store, showed me a couple of beds, guided me to a number of mattresses, all within the budget I had mentioned on entering the store. Very happy with service provided.

Assistant explained the difference in the mattresses we looked at and gave us time to make our choice. We were not rushed and received outstanding service.

As soon as we arrived at the store we were greeted with a friendly face asking if we needed assistance. I had seen a bed online and came to view it in person and purchase if it was what I expected it to be. Gregg was very helpful and explained about the offers they had on at the minute. I told him I wasn't necessarily interested in purchasing a mattress straight away as I was only in store to take advantage of the offer on the bed. He didn't see that as a problem and took me through all the mattress anyway for when I decided to purchase one. He helped me select the type of mattress which would be most suitable and took me round to try out 8 different types! The service and help was amazing and I didn't feel pressured into buying a mattress ; he was just happy to help find my perfect one for when the time came.

I was very happy with the pleasant staff, David made me a cup of tea, which was lovely,Gregg who dealt with me was very good at explaining about the different mattresses. I got everything I wanted.

The service and advice given was extremely good and thorough. Sales assistant wasn't at all pushy and she left us alone to decide.
