Dreams - Gateshead

I was directed to the type of bed that I wished to try very quickly. I wasn't pressurised to try other types of beds or mattresses. I was told about other beds, products, pillows. The order was explained to me and ordered swiftly. The sales staff were very helpful. I am waiting for my adjustable bed to be delivered and constructed for me.

My husband and I were highly satisfied with our experience at our local dreams store as on entering the store a lovely lady came over to us with a smile and said welcome to dreams is there anything I can help you with.she spent a lot of time listening to what we needed then she took on board what we had told her and took us to try a lot of different matteresses that would suit our needs.she made us both a drink and was very patient with us.i had already chosen my bed but choosing the mattress was my biggest headache, I had been looking for weeks but there are so many I didn't have a clue where to start, she knew all about all of them and explained everything to us she went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the right one for us within our budget .she made us feel really comfortable and I would still be looking if it weren't for her she was great

I had very good and prompt service offered a nice pillow to try the bed to see if it was right for me offered a cup of tea when I made the order really nice friendly girl I cannot praise her enough
