Service was extremely friendly, not pushy. Sales advisor was very knowledgeable but didn't bore us with too much technical information. Overall very pleasant experience when measured against your competitors and we had fun trying out the different beds. More than happy to place our order with dreams and would definitely recommend you to friends and family.

We were able to brows on our own, we did get approached but there was no pressure. We went back the following day and the assistant knew exactly what we wanted and friendly in her support.

The sales assistant (gregg) was very friendly. He listened to us and understood our needs and what we wanted. He had very good product knowledge and was able to point us in the right direction. We didn't feel pressured to buy or pushed into an expensive option. We enjoyed our time in the store.

I spent over £1000 more than I expected when I entered the store, but the sales experience was very informative and I gradually realised that investing in a high quality mattress was something we should do, taking into account that we would be spending around a third of our future resting on it. In recent months we had both suffered poor nights' rests, so we are now looking forward to a big change in our lives.

Store was bright and welcoming. Staff were friendle. Liam was very knowledgable, patient and friendlywhen answering questions. His recommendations were perfect for us.
