The staff were very positive, understanding and promoted the products without being overbearing or pushy. The cost of my purchase is quite high, but I believe I have purchased high quality products.

The Colleague Danielle could not have been more helpful particularly as I was buying for and with my daughter who has learning difficulties. This can sometimes prove difficult. Her patience and understanding was exemplary and other stores could learn from her attention to both detail and overall customer service

The range of types and variety in quality of mattresses can be quite bewildering. It was great to have a knowledgeable assistant to help us make our choice. We probably spent (a lot) more than we intended, but we think it was the right choice. Delivery was scheduled for four days from purchase, while we were expecting it to take up to a month.
