Not pushy but very helpful and knowledgeable assistant. Really impressed to be offered a coffee whilst browsing. Lots of choice of products too!

Abi who served us was really pleasant and very knowledgable. She also understood our needs

Jeanette greeted us as we walked in and offered her assistance. She offered us a coffee and let us walk around and once we found a bed we liked she told us all details and really was brilliant! The store manager was also around and was also really friendly and provided great customer service! Really went above and beyond and provided a great standard of customer service!!

Danielle was very patient while we tried many, many mattresses and guided us to find the perfect mattresses for us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the 'mattress buying' easy.

The member of staff who served us, Denise, was welcoming without being pushy and was clearly knowledgeable regarding the different types of beds on offer and which ones were likely to meet our needs. She allowed us time to try out a variety of beds and offered advice but allowed us time to discuss the beds and decide on our final choice. She offered us hot drinks and a glass of water and generally made us feel welcome. I returned the next day to place the order and Ms D Tayle who took the order as Denise was not at work, was also very helpful

The staff were really helpful and very nice, offered a coffee and a seat. The best thing about the purchase was at no time were we put under any preasure to buy or sales talk the staff let us make our mind up but were always there to answer any questions or give advice should we need it. A great experience thank you.

We were shopping for a new bed for my 89 year old father-in-law. Gregg, the sales assistant was very helpful, cheerful and very attentive to our needs. He was very helpful in making sure we chose the correct mattress and pillows and also the mattress protection. He was very attentive to my father in law. The service we received from him was first class and when I need a new bed or mattress we intend to go back to Dreams because of the service we received today.
