The staff were very attentive but not overpowering , very friendly and couldn't do enough for us made us very welcome

This is our 2nd recent purchase from Dreams. As we received excellent service during our first visit and purchase, we had no hesitation in returning. The staff are really lovely, helpful and knowledgeable making our visit very easy.

Excellent service, we were not rushed and the lady helping us was really knowledgeable about the products. the store was busy but we didn't feel uncomfortable trying the probucts

Upon looking for a TV bed on a whim, we were impressed with Danielle's approach and product knowledge without her being too pushy. She was very obliging and her customer care was excellent. As an employer of sales staff I would definitely have her on my team

To me and my partner the little details help, being offered a hot/cold drink while browsing was a lovely little touch. We attended the shop just for a look and ended up purchasing a matteress. The staffs knowledge and helpfulness was superb. The answered all of our questions.
