Very good service for Gregg in store.

Ami showed passion, in depth knowledge and made astute recommendations. She helped me find and buy a great product in a timely fashion.

Got a great deal on a ex display mattress, sale person was helpfully and friendly. A little slow at the finance part and think she may have been new as she wasnt too sure on stuff. She also didnt really explain what each mattress was I.E pocket sprung etc good job we had did our research

The experience I had brilliant explained all of the options in mattresses to the last detail.I was able to test as many as I wanted and allowed to take as long as I wanted .and made to feel at ease .Jenette made me feel very welcome.

Prompt. Courteous, met my needs particularly regarding recycling of old beds. Convenient.

The member of staff who dealt with us was really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. He was great at helping us out and we even left with some lovely bedding to go with our beautiful new bed. I really couldn't fault the service and have already recommended Dreams to a family member. We are extremely happy and will hopefully be back for some more bed room furniture once we move into our new house. 10/10 all around!

I visited the store on 2 occasions, the first time to see what was available and the second time to place an order. On both visits I had not been in the store long when I was greeted by a member of staff. Danielle quickly established our needs and showed us some suitable products to consider, and gave us the prices for each. She answered all my questions without having to spend time checking with a colleague. She seemed genuinely happy to help, and we really appreciated the "no pressure" approach. Also, the other staff in store were pleasant and said thank you and goodbye as we were leaving.

The friendliness of the staff the layout and items displayed with the prices clearly marked out and the staff helpful but not intrusive pushing for a sale really pleasant buying experience
