Very friendly and helpful staff. I liked the fact that I was not pressurised to make a final decision over which matress to choose and was allowed to take my time to make a final decision without staff hovering over me. Although I was allowed to do this, the staff were nearby to give me additional advise when needed.

Denise was very patient despite us taking a long time to make a decision plus our 2 young boys were welcomed and kept entertained with biscuits and donuts allowing us to shop in peace and quiet. Overall we felt that Denise was very knowledgeable about the products.

The store staff were helpful and very friendly and not at all pushy. Great shopping experience.

I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and the knowledge and patience shown to my husband and I was marvellous. We had not intended to spend that much on a bed (we never have in the past) but From a personal point of view I think I will sleep properly and comfortably from now on . We had visited about 2 weeks earlier and the sales assistant Danielle was absolutely great. We returned this morning and she remembered us straight away so it was a very easy and comfortable meeting handing over the cash!!! We bought a lot of extras which again I have not in the past but really and honestly this will be something that we will treasure. Danielle was highly skilled and knowledgeable and not pushy in the least and gave us plenty of time to try all the beds that would be best for my condition ( haha never mind hubby) no it suits him perfect too. Thanks for taking the time to read this drivel and we are highly delighted with our purchases.

We called in to the Team Valley branch and one of the staff, Janette approached us right away to assist us. She is very friendly and helped us find the beds and mattresses we need.
