Good customer service and quick friendly response

The person who dealt with us, Denise, was extremely friendly and knew her stuff. She understood what we were looking for, did not waste our time showing things that we would not like and did not go for the most expensive item but for the item that would suit our needs.

I went in to look at and price mattresses. Abi and Denise were very knowledgeable and helpful. They must have spent a good 45 minutes helping me (there was no one else in the store). In the end, we saw a super-king mattress that was being cleared out and I bought it. Very happy with the results of my visit.

Gregg and the lady he was training were very approachable. It's a bit weird trying out beds in public and we have never bought a new mattress before but Gregg put us at ease. He gave us options to try within out budget. He did manage to up-sell us a mattress cover policy but we genuinely felt like this was a good idea. He was also honest with us when asking if we needed pillows too, there was a good deal on in store on a set of four but after listening to our needs and preferences, he didn't try to sell unsuitable items to us. This was a huge purchase for us but it was painless!

The staff member was friendly, approachable and appeared to know the products as she showed us around the different mattresses. Everyone seemed really friendly and we felt comfortable in the store and in asking questions. The staff member allowed us time to think about our purchase before agreeing and also understood our needs as a customer in terms of financial and the products we wanted.

We had been to other bed shops and couldn't see exactly what we wanted, however we found what we wanted straight away. The assistant (Denise marshal) was very knowledgeable and helpful and the main thing, not pushy.
