The sales assistants knowledge was excellent. He listened to what we wanted then showed us a range of different mattresses that he felt would meet our requirements, whilst ensuring that we had all required information before making our purchase.

I got what I wanted straight away, no fuss or hassle and Susan was very helpful and full of knowledge

Went in on 15/7/2017 spoke with Denise who was very helpful she showed us the mattress and explained the various types that where available. We returned to the store on 16/7/2017 to purchase this we were able to speak with Denise again who was just as helpful as on the Saturday she again went through the types you could get the offers that where on.

Dave was very professional and knowledgeable about all products he took the time to ask the right questions to advise on mattresses I was most impressed that there wasn't any upnselling of pillows extras etc. No gimicks or sales tactics forced apon you. Makes a refreshing change I was expecting to look at mattress and walk away more of a fact finding mission but felt I was given the best possible advice that I didn't feel the need to look elsewhere

Found the product I was looking for and got the explanations I needed, as well as a very satisfactory delivery date. Also got already a mail ref delivery. Was fully explained how the delivery will take place.

Highly satisfied with the service provided. Even though I arrived at the store late in the day near closing I found the staff very helpful and not eager to push for a sale in order to get us out of the store! Would recommend dreams to my friends and family. Delivery within a week is pretty good.

The product knowledge, wisdom and patience of the team was brilliant

I had already been in the store previously to check out your availability of small double beds with no footboard and and including storage and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. I went back a few days later after completing decorating and ordered the exact bed that I wanted (actually it was the only one you had that fit my requirements, when I went in I couldnt remember the guy who I spoke to but the girl who spoke to was very helpful, however I knew exactly what I wanted. All the staff where excellent I couldnt fault any of them, just looking forward to delivery etc

Abi welcomed us as we entered the store and asked if we needed help, at first we declined then realised we did. However Abi did not hound us she let us ask her for advice, which we prefer to bring chased around the shop. Abi was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products which led us to buying the products.
