We visited on two occasions making our purchase. The customer service was outstanding, it even exceeded what we experienced at John Lewis. We were served by the same lady on both occasions. She was very knowledgable, explained all the different types of beds to us and really took the time to understand our needs. Our second visit, when we made the purchase was over 6 weeks after our first one, and she remembered us, which was very nice.

The assistant, although a new member of staff, was able to explain the benefits of different types of mattress and bedframes clearly to help me in my decision. also I did not feel pressured in any way and felt very welcome in the store

Highly satisfied with assistant,her product knowledge was excellent. Very friendly and not a pushy salesperson. Gave us coffee and spoke to us as if we were friends. We were not forced into buying. Plenty of choice of product.
