Friendly helpful staff who weren't pushy sales people just there to help if needed.

Denise was very helpfull as i neede a new matress of a specific height due to having a hip replacement she spent the time and her knowledge without being pushy

The staff were great and very helpful, the different kinds of mattresses that were on offer and colour on which was the best to chose from.

Very easy to order, correct the amount of assistance as required, staff product knowledge excellent

Dave, the advisor who served us was highly knowledgeable on the beds offered, especially the Tempur range, which we were interested in. He was friendly, assured but not pushy. Makes a lousy cup of tea though!!
